We are still several months away from the beginning of the 2024 NFL season. The lull between the NFL Draft and training camp activities can be a long one, but fortunately, fans can look forward to the unveiling of the 2024 schedule(s) for each franchise on Wednesday, May 15.

However, it’s not unusual to see some early announcements or leaks of certain matchups ahead of the grand release. That’s why we’re going to keep an eye out for any news regarding the Steelers’ games and opponents in the leadup to the hump day festivities here at Behind The Steel Curtain.

Per usual, Pittsburgh will face their fellow AFC North counterparts (Bengals, Browns, and Ravens) twice in 2024. Any long-time fan is well aware of those showdowns’ quality and gripping nature and will be thrilled to find out when such games occur. We also already know that the Steelers have been paired with the NFC East this year and will have a difficult showdown against the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs, but when these games take place is still up in the air as of this writing.
