Despite picking highly in the 2024 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos did not benefit much from the strength of schedule ending up with one of the toughest in the NFL.

The Denver Broncos had their 2024 regular season schedule released yesterday and it is definitely looking pretty brutal on paper. That could change by the time these games come around, but I still don’t think I could have picked a worse schedule of games for a team.

Looking over a Sharp Football Analysis, their strength of schedule confirms that Denver has one of the more brutal schedules based on forecasted win totals.

The Broncos also have one of the lowest projected win totals in the NFL at 5.5, so its no surprise they are trending towards the bottom of this list. Looking at their schedule too, if they are not a good team then they will likely win somewhere around 5-6 games. Hopefully they are better than advertised with new quarterback Bo Nix at the helm, but that is obviously a huge unknown here in May.

What do you think of this strength of schedule for the Broncos? Share in the comments section below.
