According to a report, the Miami Dolphins will be traveling to Western New York in Week 9 to take on the Buffalo Bills.

Yesterday, we reported that the Miami Dolphins will host the Buffalo Bills in week two at Hard Rock Stadium. The game will be played on September 12th and broadcast on Amazon Prime. It will be the first Thursday Night game of the season.

But what fans really wanted to know was when Miami would be traveling to Buffalo to take on the Bills, an answer we now know thanks to a familiar face over at Buffalo Rumblings.

According to a report by SBNation’s Matt Warren, the Dolphins will be traveling to Buffalo in Week 9 to take on the Bills. The game will be played on November 9th and will have heavy AFC East implications.

The last time the Dolphins beat the Bills in Buffalo was December 24th, 2016, when kicker Andrew Franks hit a game-winning walk-off field goal in overtime to push Miami over the Bills 34-31.

Before that, Miami’s last win in Buffalo was in 2011, when Matt Moore and the Dolphins defeated Ryan Fitpatrcik’s Bills in a 30-23 victory in Week 15. The two teams have faced off 121 times since 1966, with the Dolphins leading the series 62-58-1.

Is this the year everything changes, and the Dolphins finally win back the AFC East from the Bills?

I certainly hope so!

What are your thoughts on the Miami Dolphins playing the Buffalo Bills at home in week two? Are you okay with Miami traveling to Buffalo in November? How much do you think the weather will impact this game, if at all? Are there any games you’re looking forward to attending this upcoming season? Let us know in the comments section below!
