Bengals vs. Bills betting preview: Why you should bet the over on Sunday

The Cincinnati Bengals will get another shot at the Buffalo Bills on Sunday in the AFC divisional round, and temperatures should be frigid at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park this weekend.

At Tipico Sportsbook, the Bills are currently favored by 5.5 points, and the point total is set at 48.5.

Before the game kicks off, BetFTW’s Prince J. Grimes and Cincinnati Equirer sports editor Jason Hoffman made their betting predictions for Sunday, and agreed that betting the over is the play.

Prince J. Grimes: “I’m taking the over. The Bills have scored 30+ points in four straight games, but they’ve also allowed at least 23 points. I think the score gets up there. Joe Burrow will respond to whatever Josh Allen does.”

Jason Hoffman: “I think they can cover the spread – I don’t know about winning. That offensive line is decimated right now. They only have two starters, one of which is a rookie Cordell Volson…. I’m with Prince as well, I love the over in this game, I think at least 52 total points get scored.”
