No updates yet on Saquon Barkley, Kenny Golladay, Kadarius Toney

New York Giants safety Jabrill Peppers is dealing with both knee and ankle injuries coming out of Sunday’s game against the Carolina Panthers.

Peppers left the game after taking a hit on a third-quarter punt return. He was able to leave the field without assistance, but was obviously hobbled. Peppers missed the Giants’ Week 5 game against the Dallas Cowboys with a hamstring injury.

Coach Joe Judge said on Monday afternoon that Peppers was visiting with doctors to further evaluate his injuries.

The Giants’ next game is Monday against the Kansas City Chiefs.

The NFL trade deadline is Nov. 2, next Tuesday. Peppers, a free agent as the end of the season, has been the subject of trade speculation.

Judge also said he would not know until later in the week if Saquon Barkley (ankle), Kenny Golladay (knee) and Kadarius Toney (ankle) would be able to play against the Chiefs. Barkley and Golladay have missed the last two games. Toney has missed one.
