Minnesota Vikings News and Links: Wednesday June 9th, 2021

Good Morning!
The Vikings will hold their mandatory mini-camp next week from June 15-17. Some teams have already started theirs. I generally don’t worry too much about contract holdouts. However, the Vikings need the defense to return to top form. This will not be very likely without Danielle Hunter. I am curious to see if the Vikings can get something worked out prior to next week. If not, when will Hunter return? If this lingers into the preseason you have to start to worry about Danielle being in football shape to start the season. It is too common for holdouts to tweak a hamstring and miss time (or “pull” a hamstring). Hoping Slick Rick and co can get him on the field as soon as possible.
