Watch: Joe Burrow wears Brandon Allen’s jersey to press conference

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow usually has a funny moment or two or must-see quotes from most of his press conferences.

But on the Wednesday before the big divisional round playoff game against the Buffalo Bills, Burrow earned some widespread attention for an unexpected reason.

He showed up in the wrong jersey.

Burrow sat down with reporters and immediately fielded a question about his jersey selection for the appearance. He looked down and could only laugh with the rest of the room — he had the No. 8 worn by Brandon Allen instead of his No. 9.

Fox 19 caught the funny moment, where Burrow said he merely grabbed the wrong jersey in a rush because he had forgotten about the press conference:
