Keeping an eye on NFL Draft prospects.

Another week, another full slate of games and chances for NFL draft prospects to stand out. Here are some names to watch today.

Spencer Rattler, Quarterback, Oklahoma v. Texas (12 PM ET on ABC)

Spencer Rattler has yet to have a signature performance this season after being hyped up the whole summer. The talented player certainly has the skill set to be the top quarterback in the 2022 class, but he has yet to put together a performance worthy of a blue chip signal caller. The Red River Rivalry is a perfect opportunity to put on a show with the whole country watching. Texas’ defense is vulnerable and a great chance for Rattler to make some big plays with his arm.

Matt Corral, Quarterback, Ole Miss v. Arkansas (12 PM ET on ESPN)

Matt Corral and the Rebs are coming off a blowout loss to Alabama and are facing a reeling Arkansas team, also coming off a blowout loss to an SEC rival. Corral has had a great season thus far, but the question is if he can rebound from the Alabama game against a stingy Arkansas team with something to prove.

Jordan Davis, Defensive Tackle, Georgia v. Auburn (3:30 PM ET on CBS)

Jordan Davis continues to be one of the more dominant defenders in the country. His presence in the middle of the UGA defense keys the whole unit and they’re coming off a fantastic game where they shut out a rolling Arkansas team. Auburn and their offense are a feisty bunch with the ability to make big plays. Jordan Davis will be keeping the from happening.

Jaquarii Roberson, Wide Receiver, Wake Forest v. Syracuse (3:30 PM ET on ESPN2)

Jaquarri Roberson is one of the more explosive deep threats in the country and is playing on an undefeated Wake Forest team. It is time to remember his name. The six foot burner is averaging over 22 yards a catch and he’ll be lining up against Syracuse this Saturday looking to keep those big plays coming.

Tyler Allgeier, Running Back, BYU v. Boise State (3:30 PM ET on ABC)

With Zach Wilson in the NFL, the BYU offense is all about Tyler Allgeier. The 5’11”, 220 pound running back is a load to tackle and brings it on every carry. He’s already carried the ball 102 times for the Cougars and expect him to see another bulk of the carries against Boise State.

Tyler Linderbaum, Center, Iowa v. Penn State (4 PM ET on Fox)

The Penn State/Iowa game is probably the highest profile game of the weekend as two top five teams square off. With tons of NFL talent on the field, it will be hard to focus on one player, but be sure to keep an eye on Iowa’s stud center Tyler Linderbaum. Linderbaum isn’t just the best center in the country, he is one of the best players. Period.

Aidan Hutchinson, Edge, Michigan v. Nebraska (7:30 PM ET on ABC)

Aidan Hutchinson has been a force at Michigan this year. Every week it is worth tuning in to watch the Wolverines to see Hutchinson make fools of offensive linemen and terrorize quarterbacks. This week is no different.

Kyren Williams, Running Back, Notre Dame v. Virginia Tech (7:30 PM ET on ACCN)

Kyren Williams has seen the ball quite a fit in the Notre Dame offense, but he has not quite maximized every touch. Through five games, the junior running back is averaging under four yards per carry, well below what he was moving the ball at last year. Williams is still a talented player and has to deal with defenses keying in on him every snap. Can he get right against Virginia Tech?

Jordan Battle, Safety, Alabama v. Texas A&M (8 PM ET on CBS)

Texas A&M is slumping, but that doesn’t mean they are not a talented football team. Between Isaiah Spiller in the running game and Jalen Wydermer in the passing game, the Aggies still have weapons to make some noise. Jordan Battle will have the task of limiting both the passing game and running game from his safety position. He will need to come up quite a bit to cover the middle of the field and attack the TAMU running game. Another great chance for the safety prospect to show off his versatility.

Drake London, Wide Receiver, USC v. Utah (8 PM ET on Fox)

Drake London is the best wide receiver that no one talks about enough. At 6’5” and over 210 pounds, London looks and plays like a small forward. The USC receiver is the main thing keeping the Trojans offense cooking with his ability to dominate the catch point and pick up tough yards after the catch.
