Over the last two seasons, the Atlanta Falcons have shifted from a pass-happy offense with a shaky offensive line to a run-first unit with a better foundation for sustained success.

In 2022, the Falcons finished third in total rushing yards, just behind the Bears and Ravens. Atlanta still has some issues in pass protection, particularly along the interior of the offensive line. With nearly $60 million in salary cap space, free agency is back in play for the Falcons.
