The bright lights of New York are not for everyone. Treylon Burks and Jahan Dotson don’t sound worried about the pressure that comes with playing in the Big Apple, though.

With the NFL Combine underway, both wide receivers have met with the Jets. The duo separately expressed confidence in their ability to handle the New York market.

“Yessir, 100%,” Burks said when asked on Wednesday, per Pro Football Focus’ Trevor Sikkema. The Arkansas star noted that he’s met with a lot of teams, but highlighted his time with the Jets.

Dotson, meanwhile, described his meeting with the Jets as “getting to know each other,” per SNY. The Penn State product, who was born in Newark, New Jersey, added that Giants RB and former Nittany Lion Saquon Barkley has given him advice on playing in New York.

“Yeah, for sure,” Dotson said when asked if he could get the job done in The Empire State.

The Jets need playmakers — particularly at wide receiver — and Burks and Dotson project as early-round picks.

Burks is coming off a monster junior season, catching 66 passes for 1,104 yards and 11 touchdowns. He also ran for 112 yards and a score. Burks added 51 receptions, 820 yards and seven touchdowns as a sophomore in 2020.

Dotson, meanwhile, thrived as a senior after tallying 52 catches, 884 yards and eight touchdowns as a junior. Dotson found the end zone 12 times in his final collegiate season while hauling in 91 passes for 1,182 yards.
