2024 NFL mock draft roundup: Who experts believe Bears will select in first round

The Chicago Bears once again have the first overall pick in the 2024 NFL draft, and it’s becoming clearer which direction Chicago is expected to go.

Unlike last year, when they traded the top pick for a haul, the expectation is the Bears will stand pat and select USC quarterback Caleb Williams, who’s being hailed as one of the best quarterback prospects in years. General manager Ryan Poles hasn’t made a decision at quarterback yet, as he’s going to let the evaluation process play out, including meeting with some of the top quarterbacks in this draft class.

Whether the Bears elect to stick with Justin Fields and trade the top pick or draft Williams remains to be seen. But what do the experts think?
