The more I think about the Trey Sermon situation, the more it boils down to him missing curfew or violating team rules. In addition, he wasn’t listed on the injury report, which means Sermon was a healthy scratch.

Sermon served as the team’s de facto starter when Raheem Mostert didn’t practice. When Mostert did play, Sermon still split carries with the first-team offense.
