The Jacksonville Jaguars reportedly reached an agreement with former Buffalo Bills center Mitch Morse on a two-year contract.

While the 2024 season is still six months away, Morse looks well-positioned to take over as the Jaguars’ starting center moving forward. That could prove a useful upgrade for Jacksonville after 2022 third-round pick Luke Fortner struggled in his second NFL season. No offensive line allowed running backs to be stuffed at the line of scrimmage more often than the Jaguars, and it didn’t do well protecting Trevor Lawrence either.
