All 32 teams ranked by NFLPA Report Card grades (including Jaguars)

Beginning last year, the NFL Players Association started providing “report cards” grading teams on everything from the state of their weight room to the food provided in the team cafeteria.

In the 2024 edition of the annual report, the Miami Dolphins came out on top with stellar grades in every category. On the opposite end of the spectrum, the Washington Commanders finished dead-last for the second straight season.

For the Jacksonville Jaguars, the 2024 grades were a triumph. After an embarrassing report in 2023 ranked them 28th and included complaints about a rat infestation, the Jaguars climbed all the way to fifth thanks to the opening of the brand new Miller Electric Center.

Here’s how all 32 teams stacked up in the 2024 report cards:
