The Chicago Bears are once again at the center of the NFL draft conversation with the first overall pick for the second consecutive season.

Unlike last year, the expectation isn’t that Chicago will trade the No. 1 pick for a draft haul. They have an important decision to make at quarterback — whether it’s running it back with Justin Fields or starting over with Caleb Williams, which is the general consensus right now.

ESPN’s Matt Miller unveiled his second mock draft of the offseason, where there’s little surprise with what the Bears do with the No. 1 pick, and they use both selections to shore up the offense.
