The Cincinnati Bengals received mostly positive grades across the board for electing to take Georgia offensive tackle Amarius Mims in the first round of the 2024 NFL draft.

Most of the praise stems from the fact that Mims appears to boast All-Pro upside if he can stay on the field. He also fits the mold of the team’s preference to put absolutely massive linemen such as Orlando Brown Jr. and Trent Brown in front of Joe Burrow.

The drawbacks, of course, are that Mims only started eight games at Georgia and had some soft-tissue injuries. But the tape, as many graders pointed out, was staggering.

Here’s a quick look at a grades roundup for the Mims pick.
