- C Trey Hill
- OT D’Ante Smith

The Bengals came into tonight with two players listed as questionable in offensive tackle D’Ante Smith (knee) and defensive lineman Jay Tufele (illness). Neither will play tonight, though Smith has been a regular inactive this season.
And for the Jags, here is who will be inactive.
- WR Elijah Cooks
- DT Angelo Blackson

The Jaguars entered this game with four players listed as questionable in running back Travis Etienne (ribs), cornerback Tyson Campbell (hamstring), tight end Luke Farrell (toe), and tight end Brenton Strange (foot). Etienne, Campbell, and Farrell will play, so the Jaguars have pretty much everyone able to go tonight.
