This game has big playoff implications for the AFC and the Ravens in particular.

If the Jaguars win, they become the No. 1 seed, pushing the Miami Dolphins to No. 2 and the Baltimore Ravens to No. 3. All three will be tied at 9-3, with the Kansas City Chiefs placing No. 4 at 8-4.

If the Bengals win, the Ravens get a minor boost in the AFC playoff race as they’ll remain the No. 2 seed. Ultimately, the head-to-head between the Jaguars and Ravens on December 17 will more accurately rank which one of these two will have the higher seed, but any loss here for the Jaguars helps the Ravens and sabotages the Bengals getting some top-tier draft pick.
