The Arizona Cardinals lead at the half over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The drive of the season?

It is the first half so a 10-3 lead does not mean a lot, but after the first couple of drives, then a dropped big play from Kyler Murray to Rondale Moore, it felt like it was just another Arizona Cardinals game where they would let us down.

Instead, Murray, James Conner, Michael Carter and maybe one of the best tight ends in NFL Trey McBride helped the Cardinals move 99-yards down the field, the final 30 in pouring rain to get two touchdown catches to McBride, only one counted to hold a touchdown lead over the Pittsburgh Steelers at the half.

Murray and the offense looked bad to start, with a free rusher seemingly coming on every play.

Yet, they had a good drive stall with the Moore drop, then put up the 99-yard drive to take the lead.

Now, in the rain they need to find a way to grind out more yardage, another score or two and stop the Steelers rushing attack, which is averaging 4.6 yards per carry, but they can’t get the big plays when they need them. Let’s give kudos to the Cardinals defense for being bend but don’t break.

Here is to a second half finish for the Arizona Cardinals.
