The Bolts completed their fifth interview this week for their offensive coordinator opening with the latest being with Titans tight ends coach Luke Steckel.

The 37-year old is a Princeton graduate that’s highly respected among the Titans coaching staff. He’s been with Tennessee since the 2013 season where he began as an offensive assistant and special assistant to the head coach. He was promoted to assistant wide receivers coach in 2017 before going back to an offensive assistant from 2018-2020. Most recently, he was promoted to tight ends coach ahead of the 2021 season.
