The Justin Herbert bandwagon has been churning along at full steam for the entire offseason and it looks as if another wagon donned in powder blue and gold is chugging along right beside it.

According to NFL.com’s Adam Schein, the new head coach of the Chargers is conducting one of the nine “bandwagons to hop on” ahead of the 2021 season. After a handful of media appearances and press conferences, it’s been hard for anyone not to instantly fall hard for the fast-rising coaching star.

The way he speaks and handles himself across the myriad of attention he’s been receiving has been extremely telling of his character and genuine care for his craft. He takes each question asked and strives to answer with the utmost detail. Compared to past coaching staffs who obviously don’t have much to say outside of the usual “coach-speak”, Staley and his crew are a breath of fresh air to the entire Chargers fan base.

“Historically, attention to detail and culture have let the Chargers down,” says Schein. “That’s about to change. The Bolts were wise to invest in Staley. You should, too.”

Strong agree.
