Chargers’ Tom Telesco, Brandon Staley set to speak at NFL Scouting Combine

The 2022 National Scouting Combine is set to get underway, where plenty of prospects will be on display to show off their athletic abilities and skillset through various drills, and meet with teams in person for the first time.

In addition, numerous general managers and head coaches will be well represented with short media sessions as they make themselves available to the press for comments and questions regarding the offseason.

Chargers general manager Tom Telesco is scheduled to be at the podium at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis at 2:30 p.m. PT on Tuesday, while head coach Brandon Staley will speak at 2:30 p.m. PT on Wednesday.

It will mark the first time both have spoken to the media in a formal setting since their end-of-season press conferences that came in January.

Telesco is notorious for keeping all the information tight-lipped, but there will still be plenty to take away.

There will be questions about how they will address their own pending free agents, with wide receiver Mike Williams being the hot commodity, along with holes at other roster spots, including the defensive line.

The Bolts have 11 draft selections, along with slightly north of $56.3 million in salary-cap space, the third-most in the NFL.
