While the Bucs have a stout run defense, they’ve been getting carved up through the air. Downs is coming out of the bye week healthier after being limited in the two games prior due to a knee injury. He will be a focal point of the passing offense over the middle against a Buccaneers defense allowing the most receiving yards to wideouts (1,045) over the last five games.
