The tean’s backup running back spent Monday’s session in the rehab tent.
The Kansas City Chiefs ran their 11th full practice of training camp on Monday morning at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph.
Running back Darrel Williams spent the session working with trainers — but as practice began, his issue was unknown. As friend-of-the-site Matt Derrick of Chiefs Digest reported, he was observed with a compression sleeve on his right leg.

Derrick also reported that offensive lineman Darryl Williams — who was added to the team’s Reserve/COVID list on Saturday — was absent, along with wide receiver Antonio Callaway, who is dealing with a bone bruise.

Willie Gay Jr. — still in the concussion protocol — was present, but spent practice in the rehab tent. Joining him were offensive guard Laurent Duvernay-Tardif (hand), offensive lineman Mike Remmers (back) and tight end Evan Baylis (ankle). Also included was defensive end Alex Okafor (hamstring), who was first reported as absent from practice.
Kyle Long (knee) and Malik Herring (knee) — still on the team’s offseason injury lists — also spent the session in rehab.
Two players who left Sunday’s practice early — defensive tackle Derrick Nnadi and wide receiver Demarcus Robinson — were reported to be back on the field for Monday’s session.
