Week 1 is in the books, and the Seattle Seahawks, along with the rest of the NFC West are undefeated following their road trip victory over the Indianapolis Colts. Next up is the Tennessee Titans in Week 2 Sunday in the late time slot, and with it already being Wednesday, that means the initial injury report for the week is ready.

For the Seahawks, there were a whole host of players who did not practice, including Dee Eskridge and Rashaad Penny. Eskridge, of course, was knocked unconscious in the fourth quarter of the Week 1 victory, so a speedy return would seem unlikely. Penny, of course, aggravated a calf injury that had bothered him earlier in the week, and Pete Carroll is already on record as saying Penny is unlikely to play in Week 2.

With those known, here is what the injury report looked like.

No surprise seeing Gabe Jackson and Duane Brown having their workload managed, and no real surprises of note is a good thing. Of course, part of the reason there are no real surprises is that guys like Ethan Pocic, Tre Brown, Cedric Ogbuehi, Colby Parkinson and Ben Burr-Kirven are alreay on injured reserve, meaning the 53 man roster is relatively healthy. Other than the guys who aren’t healthy enough to practice, of course.
