The Lions are making more administrational changes under the new regime.

As is common after the NFL Draft, the Detroit Lions have made some adjustments to their personnel department for the upcoming 2021 season. The franchise announced the structure changes of that department, with some new names and some familiar ones. Here’s the full outlook of the personnel department, per their press release on Tuesday.

Another note is that while Elizabeth Laux is new to the personnel department, she actually worked within the media communications department a couple years ago.

In addition to these changes, the Lions also announced a handful of additions in other departments, including the creation of a brand new department: “Player Wellness.”
