Who’s in and who’s out for Week 13.

The Philadelphia Eagles officially announced the inactives list for their 2023 NFL Week 13 game against the San Francisco 49ers.

The following Eagles players WILL NOT PLAY: Dallas Goedert, Zach Cunningham, Sua Opeta, Rashaad Penny, and Tanner McKee.

This news means Fletcher Cox is ACTIVE despite failing to practice this week and being ruled questionable to play. Cox is toughing it out to not leave the Eagles weaker at defensive tackle while going up against SF’s rushing attack. We’ll see if he’s able to make it through the game. Cox might be on a pitch count.

Goedert was ruled doubtful to play on the Eagles’ final injury report. Missing him today is not ideal but it looks like he’s on track to return in Week 14. Goedert’s absence leaves the Eagles with Jack Stoll, Grant Calcaterra (who will play despite being ruled questionable), and Albert Okwuegbunam at tight end.

Cunningham was ruled out on Friday. His absence leaves the Eagles with Nicholas Morrow, Christian Elliss, and undrafted rookie free agent Ben VanSumeren at linebacker. Thin group.

Opeta and Penny are typical healthy scratches.

Under the NFL’s emergency third quarterback rule, McKee is allowed to play if both Jalen Hurts AND Marcus Mariota leave the game due to injury.
