It’s not often that the Jacksonville Jaguars aren’t picking early in the first round of the NFL Draft.

The Jaguars made a pick in the top 10 selections in 14 of the last 15 drafts, although twice (in 2008 and 2011) that was due to a trade up. Those top picks didn’t work out well for Jacksonville very often, though.

But the Jaguars finally found their star in 2021 No. 1 overall pick Trevor Lawrence, who led the team to an AFC South title and the playoffs. Now Jacksonville is set to pick 24th in the 2023 NFL Draft.
