The Houston Texans will have plenty of time to decide what direction they’ll turn with their first pick in the 2024 NFL draft since they won’t be on the clock until midway through the second round.

Houston has three picks on Day 2 entering draft weekend. While the Texans hope to land two future franchise cornerstones at picks No. 42 and No. 59, general manager Nick Caserio has struck gold in Round 3 thrice. In 2021, he landed No. 1 receiver Nico Collins. A year later, he secured starting linebacker Christian Harris. Last season, Caserio added a secondary target for C.J. Stroud in the speedy Tank Dell.

When looking at the history of the No. 86 pick, there have been some notable names. Since 2010, the selections include two All-Pros and three Pro Bowlers. Will the Texans find the next big contributor at that spot?

Here’s a look at every player drafted 86th overall in the last 20 years dating back to 2004.
