The Atlanta Falcons signed linebacker Andre Smith off the practice squad and released Tae Davis from the 53-man roster in a corresponding move, the team announced on Tuesday afternoon.
Davis, 27, signed with Atlanta over the offseason, appearing mostly on special teams during the first nine weeks.
Falcons make changes to linebacker depth with roster moves.

Smith spent time on the roster earlier this season but the team released him after trading for wide receiver Van Jefferson. Check out the Falcons’ updated 53-man roster and 16-man practice squad heading into Week 10.
