Fantasy football waiver wire targets going into week 12 of the NFL regular season.

It all comes down to the final three weeks of the fantasy football regular season. Most playoff weeks start in week 15 so every team on the bubble has to make the push right now. Simply getting into the playoffs is the next step, seed does not matter. Every fantasy football manager has to go into the playoffs healthy and with the best roster possible. Even this late in the season, there are players who can help down the stretch, especially as players come off IR or injuries occur. Here are some players available in the majority of leagues who can help on rosters each week. This is waiver wire targets for week 12 of the fantasy football regular season.

Waiver wire targets for week 12 of the fantasy football season

Zach Charbonnet, running back, Seattle Seahawks

Another year, another late season running back emergence for a Seahawk player. It seems like every year the next man up wins fantasy football titles for players from Seattle. This year might be no different with Zach Charbonnet. The rookie saw an explosion of production in week 11, playing 85% of the Seahawks offensive snaps after Kenneth Walker’s injury. Charbonnet rushed 15 times and added six receptions which is top tier volume for a running back in fantasy. The Seahawks next four matchups are very tough though, with the San Francisco 49ers (twice), Dallas Cowboys, and Philadelphia Eagles waiting. If fantasy managers can flex Charbonnet until then, he will be a huge asset in the playoffs.

Hunter Renfrow should be the safety outlet for Aiden O’Connell going forward.

Hunter Renfrow, wide receiver, Las Vegas Raiders

All it took was firing a head coach for the team to start using Hunter Renfrow again. Renfrow is known as being one of the best route runners in the league, so it says a lot about the dysfunction of the Raiders under Josh McDaniels. From the outside, it looked as if Renfrow’s usage was due to the relationship between him and McDaniels. That has gotten more evident with Renfrow’s usage last week in garnering five targets. These are modest numbers but Renfrow’s relationship with quarterback Aiden O’Connell should continue to flourish. The Raiders are on bye in week 13, but their schedule afterwards is favorable enough to be worthy of a stash.

Odell Beckham Jr, wide receiver, Baltimore Ravens

What year is it? Suddenly, Odell Beckham Jr is putting up numbers for the Ravens offense. With the loss of Mark Andrews, Beckham once again saw seven targets from Lamar Jackson. In Beckham’s last five weeks, he has garnered seven targets in each of three of the Ravens games. The Ravens might be the best team in the AFC North, especially with favorable matchups the rest of the season. Games against the Los Angeles Chargers, Los Angeles Rams, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Miami Dolphins should solidify Beckham as a fantasy asset as long as his health holds.

Before his injury, Joshua Palmer was getting seven or more targets per game and the Chargers sorely miss his production.

Joshua Palmer, wide receiver, Los Angeles Chargers

One of the most disappointing players in all of football this season has to be rookie Quentin Johnston. The Chargers offense has sputtered since losing both Mike Williams and Joshua Palmer. Luckily for Justin Herbert, Palmer can return from the injured reserve list in week 13. With the way their offense has looked, Palmer will be an immediate upgrade to the receiving unit for the team. Gerald Everett has also been banged up while Johnston has struggled. Expect Palmer to immediately pick up where he left off where he received 33 targets in a five-game stretch. Grab him now before week 13 to get ahead of competition.
