Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. Hopefully, we pick back up on the news front as June comes to an end. The 49ers report to camp in about a month, on July 27. They don’t actually begin practice until July 31, though.

Raheem Mostert loved 49ers signing Trent Williams, Alex Mack

Do the 49ers Have the Best Trio of Pass Catchers in the NFC West?

1. 49ers: George Kittle, Deebo Samuel, Brandon Aiyuk.

Aiyuk is one of the best route runners in the NFL, Samuel is one of the best receivers after the catch in the NFL and Kittle might be the biggest mismatch in the NFL. Together, this trio is elite when healthy. Unfortunately for the 49ers, these three players were rarely healthy at the same time in 2020. If they manage to stay on the field this year, the 49ers will have a tremendously dangerous offense.

49ers 2021 ‘Who is?’ series: Robbie Gould trending downward?

It would be one thing if Gould’s misses last year had more to do with the battery inconsistencies, which was easily the blame point for most of 2019 and early in 2020.

But that Week 16 game last year is a potential concern, and given Gould was out in Week 17 while on the reserve/COVID-19 list, it’s the last contest seen and one that ultimately didn’t discourage San Francisco from picking up Gould’s option years for 2021 and 2022.

Turning 39 years old towards the end of this season, it’s not going to be likely Gould finds some sort of upswing. Particularly when asked to make kicks of 50-plus yards.

Is the 49ers’ season Super Bowl or bust?

With much of their talent back and healthy, look for the 49ers to continue their dominance, even with a loaded division and a new defensive coordinator.

Still, don’t count this year as a Super Bowl or bust season.

The 49ers play in the toughest division, have an eye towards the future, and still have a solid amount of young talent that extends their competitive timeline, as long as they continue to bring in talent to replace veterans.

Trey Lance has the third-best odds to win Offensive Rookie of the Year award, and George Kittle has the fourth-best odds to win Offensive Player of the Year award.

It doesn’t stop with those two. The other player who joins them is Nick Bosa, a top favorite to win the Defensive Player of the Year award. Bosa has the fourth-best odds (+1100) of all players to win the award via DraftKings Sportsbook. He is behind only Aaron Donald (+400), Myles Garrett (+600) and TJ Watt (+700)

The fact that Bosa is grouped with these top-caliber players is an honor in it of itself, but it is valid?
