The Chicago Bears defeated their NFC North rival Minnesota Vikings, 12-10, in a true war of attrition on Monday Night Football. They finally defeated a division opponent after losing nine straight games.
Even though it was a game in which Chicago wasn’t even able to score a touchdown, victory is hard to come by for the 2023 Bears, and the days following a win are so, so sweet. The offense stunk, the defense was incredible, and Week 12 hero Cairo Santos’ game-winning kick sent his Bears into the bye week with a triumphant win over their rivals to the North.
It was a game filled with high-highs and low-lows, so let’s break it all down and discuss the good, bad and ugly from the Bears’ Week 12 victory over the Vikings.
