We’re just about a week away from the NFL’s free agency period getting underway, officially kicking off the new league year. It’s an exciting time for teams and fans alike as it presents the first major opportunity to improve the roster for the upcoming season. For the Chicago Bears, it will be the first test for new general manager Ryan Poles as he attempts to rework a roster with more uncertainties than certainties in his first season with the team.

Many of those uncertainties just so happen to be free agents that were signed last season by former general manager Ryan Pace. In his final offseason, Pace pivoted from his old habits and didn’t ink one of the premier free agents. Instead, he bargain hunted in an attempt to improve the team after an uneven 8-8 playoff season.

But how did his final free agent class perform? We graded each new signing and how they did in their first, and possibly only, season with the Bears.
