Horse Tracks: Are the Broncos heading in the right direction?

Most Denver Broncos fans surveyed think the franchise is still heading in the right direction despite the seventh consecutive losing season.

Despite yet another losing season — seven straight, in fact — the Denver Broncos came out in 2023 with a little more fire. Even after a 1-5 start, the team never quit and were a game away from finishing with a winning record on the year and in the AFC West. They came up short, but most fans think they are at least still trending in the right direction heading into the 2024 season.

It’s neat to see the rollercoaster ride this past season was for all of us. It looked pretty bleak down there around Week 7, but by Week 14 we were feeling like everything was ours. Sadly, they just weren’t quite there yet and there is plenty of work to do for Sean Payton and the Broncos staff between now and late August.
