With the reports that at least one team has taken Georgia defensive tackle Jalen Carter off their draft board, it raises an interesting question. How far could arguably the best prospect in the entire 2023 NFL draft fall?

The Pittsburgh Steelers currently hold the No. 17 pick in the first round. Getting a player the quality of Carter would be a huge win for the Steelers but it would come with the understanding that Carter’s off-field issues could be a problem.

There are really two ways to look at this. First, if Carter falls all the way to 17, would Pittsburgh draft him or if Carter fell to say 12 or 13, would the Steelers trade up for him?

Cast your vote and tell us if you would be good with the Steelers selecting Carter despite his off-field issues. Or would you rather see the Steelers draft a safer player, even if it means a big step down in talent?
