With the Jacksonville Jaguars 2023 offseason now in full swing, Black Monday has left a sizable hole in the Jaguars executive office. With the majority of the defensive staff being relieved of their role and the additional loss of two coaches on the offensive side, the Jaguars have major holes in need of filling before the coming 2024 NFL Draft and Combine season.
