The Jacksonville Jaguars entered the 2023 season as a huge favorite to defend their crown in the AFC South. After a month of regular season play, the Jaguars still have the best odds to win the division … but just barely.

With all four teams in the AFC South tied with 2-2 records after the first four weeks, here’s the current odds to win the division (odds courtesy of BetMGM):

  • Jacksonville Jaguars: +150
  • Tennessee Titans: +180
  • Houston Texans: +475
  • Indianapolis Colts: +500

During the offseason, the Jaguars were a -160 (bet $160 to win $100) favorite to win the division.

Jacksonville has struggled to get its highly touted offense on track, even if its defense has performed better than most expected. Elsewhere in the division, the Titans have slalomed between impressive and disastrous performances in the first four weeks.

The Texans and Colts are both relying on rookie quarterbacks, but have seen impressive play out of C.J. Stroud and Anthony Richardson, respectively.
