The Eagles’ WR was heavily involved in the first drive, but is now questionable to return.
UPDATE: Looks like Jalen Reagor will not return to Sunday’s game due to an ankle sprain.
I’m told it looks like Jalen Reagor has a sprained ankle and probably will not return out of precaution pic.twitter.com/YCWWkzmGvw

The Eagles’ offense was quick to put up points in Sunday’s game against the Lions, but they almost scored a play earlier on a run by Jalen Reagor. Not only did the second-year WR not get the touchdown, but he also slipped on the play and ended up being carted off the field with an ankle injury. The team was quick to list him as questionable to return.
That was a great TD run from Jalen Reagor. Only 2 yards, but man he did a good job keeping his knees up before getting touched. Let’s see if it holds up review. #PHIvsDET

Reagor seemed to be a big part of the Eagles’ offensive game plan, and saw three touches in the first drive, including one reception, and two carries for 21 yards.
#Eagles getting Jalen Reagor involved with a jet sweep and end around on this drive. Both for first downs.

With him sidelined, quarterback Jalen Hurts will look to DeVonta Smith and Quez Watkins to pick up the slack, as well as TE Dallas Goedert.
Reagor’s injury was the second for Philadelphia in the first quarter in Detroit, with offensive lineman Jack Driscoll leaving the field with a hand injury and heading into the locker room. Nate Herbig came in for Driscoll at right guard.
Injury Update: T/G Jack Driscoll (hand) is questionable to return.
