Jets open as 3-point favorites for Week 8 vs. Giants

The Jets are going “on the road” in Week 8 when they “visit” the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium. The Giants are the designated home team this time around, but it’s the Jets who open as the favorites.

Over at BetMGM, the Jets are favored by three points over the Giants. The Jets will come out of their bye week on the heels of a two-game winning streak with wins over the Denver Broncos and Philadelphia Eagles.

The Giants held on for a 14-7 win over the Washington Commanders Sunday, sacking quarterback Sam Howell six times — Tyrod Taylor was also sacked four times for the Giants.

The Giants are 2-5 this season and are still dealing with plenty of injuries, including the neck injury for quarterback Daniel Jones.

The Jets have won two straight in this series but the Giants lead the overall series 8-6. Kickoff is set for 1:00 in the afternoon on Sunday.
