The Ravens are 3-1, sit atop the AFC North, and are set to have their most explosive running back return to the lineup in the next week or so.

According to The Athletic’s Jeff Zrebiec, rookie running back Keaton Mitchell will have his 21-day practice window activated on Wednesday, ahead of Sunday’s matchup at Pittsburgh.

Baltimore currently has Gus Edwards and Justice Hill in the backfield, with J.K. Dobbins on injured reserve rehabbing a torn Achilles.

The Ravens have promoted Melvin Gordon off the practice squad the past two weeks and could have a decision to make regarding a roster spot if he’s elevated a third time.
