For the ninth year, the NFL continued the Art Rooney Award and announced the nominations for each team. The Art Rooney Award
“Sportsmanship is the core of the game, the vanguard of public confidence, the keeper of game integrity,” said Troy Vincent Sr., NFL executive vice president of football operations. “These Rooney Sportsmanship Award nominees exemplify the spirit of fair play and the values of respect, integrity, commitment to team and resiliency at the highest level of competition.”
Last year, Calais Campbell was nominated for Baltimore and won the award. This year, Ravens right guard Kevin Zeitler was nominated.

Zeitler is now in his third year with the Ravens and teammates and coaches have always spoken well about him during his time in Baltimore. Although Zeitler hasn’t publicly spoken on his nomination just yet, his wife gave us an endearing reaction on Twitter.
I continue to be amazed by you @kzeit70. https://t.co/EbxwGhkeH7
