Looking back at the last 10 Falcons season openers

The Falcons will open the 2023 season against the Panthers this Sunday at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. It’s somewhat of a make-or-break year for head coach Arthur Smith and his staff.

Falcons QB Desmond Ridder will face off against Panthers No. 1 overall pick Bryce Young, who’s making his first career start. The Falcons are currently favored by 3.5 points for Sunday’s game.
