Loyal NY Jets fans: Hit your seats early and scream for your team

The New York Jets need your voices heard early and often

On October 30, 2022, the New York Jets faced off against the hated New England Patriots in a key AFC East showdown. The Jets were 5-2, coming off a demoralizing victory in which they lost their two best offensive players but still very much alive in the division and playoff hunt.

The opening kickoff from New England kicker Jake Bailey took place shortly after 1:00 p.m. ET. You’d think there would have been a raucous cheer.

But no. The stadium was half-empty.

If you weren’t motivated to get to your seats on time for that divisional showdown, you’d better be for this one. If Monday Night Football against the Buffalo Bills on 9/11 with Aaron Rodgers at the helm doesn’t do it for you, I’m not sure you’re a qualified New York Jets fan.

Get in early, get in loud, and get in proud. The Jets have a target on their backs. The team has embraced it. How about you? Is it only the Kansas City fans who can make their home stadium truly the “home of the Chiefs”? Or can Jets fans truly make it JetLife Stadium?

Use a digital wallet

One of the issues that trips Jets fans up is often that they did not download their tickets prior to coming to the gate. The WiFi around MetLife Stadium is very spotty, making it difficult to save the tickets if you haven’t already done so. Therefore, make sure to save your tickets to Apple or Android Wallet or even just download them as a PDF to your phone.

This will save you a lot of heartache and ensure that you can shout for Rodgers.
