Marshawn Lynch to partner with sports gambling website BetMGM

Marshawn Lynch is picking up another corporate sponsor.

On Wednesday, news broke that the former Seahawks running back will be working with BetMGM as a brand ambassador.

The deal is the latest in a string of corporate partnerships Lynch has entered into since retirement. While the famously concise star was mostly focusing on a Skittles partnership during his career, he has used his business acumen and distinctive, well-known persona to strike agreements with a number of companies, including Lays, XBOX, and, most recently, Subway.

“Being part of the BetMGM family is dope and an honor,” Lynch said “They’re the leaders in online gaming so I’m excited to learn about the industry from the best and find ways where I can have an impact… I think da’ kid is in good company, ya know what I mean?”

Lynch is expected to appear in marketing content for the company, so hopefully another spoof on the “I’m here so I don’t get fined” line is in the works. Let’s be real, it never gets old.
