The moment that the Pittsburgh Steelers drafted Washington offensive tackle Troy Fautanu, we queued the waterworks. Fautanu, a lifelong fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers (and of another Troy, Mr. Polamalu), was pretty much destined to end up a Steeler himself, and he has the receipts to prove it.
When I tell y’all this truly is a dream come true…. It was already written. https://t.co/D1xncp2FhH

Back in November of 2016, Fautanu (seemingly randomly) tweeted at the Steelers’ social media account, with the totally non-cryptic note, “steeler nation boyyyyy.”
Do you think this means he’s down for Steelers Nation? I think so.
Fautanu is an explosive option for Pittsburgh’s offensive line, widely praised for his versatility and potential to play any of the five positions in the pros. He was the No. 10 player on Mel Kiper’s big board, No. 15 on PFF’s big board, the No. 11 on Daniel Jeremiah’s board and No. 9 on Dane Brugler’s. Regardless of what position on the line he plays, the Steelers got an absolute steal at pick No. 20. The fact that he’s a Steelers fan a heart? That’s just a plus.
How are you feeling, Steelers Nation?
