NFL investigating Falcons for possible tampering with Kirk Cousins

The Atlanta Falcons introduced quarterback Kirk Cousins just a few hours after the 2024 NFL free agency period began on Wednesday. Cousins and the Falcons agreed to terms on a four-year, $180 million contract at the start of the legal tampering period, but it sounds like there may have been some illegal tampering going on.

Cousins discussed being recruited by Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts over the last few weeks and admitted to speaking to the team’s head athletic trainer.
