Raiders play 4 of final 6 games at Allegiant Stadium
Las Vegas Raiders interim head coach Antonio Peirce has been embraced and supported by the team’s passionate fan base since taking over the team three weeks ago.
Pierce, who grew up in Compton a fan of the Los Angeles Raiders, has embodied the team’s spirt and it has been absorbed by the Raider Nation.
Pierce knows if the 5-6 Raiders are going to claw their way into the AFC playoffs, they will need to take advantage of playing four of their final six games (including three home games in a row) at home at Allegiant Stadium.
Pierce said Tuesday that he hopes fans and team alumni ‘show up and show out’ at their four final home games beginning Sunday against the AFC West-leading Kansas City Chiefs (kickoff is at 1:25 p.m. PT).

The Raiders are 2-0 at home under Pierce and 0-1 on the road. Overall, they are 4-1 at home and 1-5 on the road.
Their remaining home games after the Kansas City game:
- December 10 against the Minnesota Vikings.
- December 14 against the Los Angeles Chargers.
- January 7 against the Denver Broncos.
If Pierce is going to become the Raiders’ coach in 2024, the team must take advantage of the stretch of home games to finish the season. He knows he and the team needs the fan base’s help to get it done.
