We begin our survey with the usual weekly question that asks if you are confident in the direction of the team. After 3 straight losses, including an ugly loss to the Bears on prime time Thursday night, how are you feeling?

The knives came out even before the final whistle had blown on the Bears game. There have been lots of calls for action to be taken — someone to be fired. Ron Rivera indicated that he’s not ready to fire any of his staff; Josh Harris indicated that he doesn’t intend to make a coaching change now either. Magic Johnson appeared a little less sanguine. Today, we ask you what the right approach is.
