Dallas Cowboys at Minnesota Vikings: Inactive lists for both teams

Who will be sitting this one out?

We’re just ninety minutes away from kickoff at U.S. Bank Stadium, and both the Dallas Cowboys and the Minnesota Vikings have released their inactive lists for this week’s contest. Let’s take a look at who will be sitting this one out for both sides.

Dallas Cowboys

• G Matt Farinok
• WR Simi Fehoko
• DE Azur Kamara
• S Israel Mukuamu
• QB Dak Prescott (calf)

After all of the drama throughout the course of this week, Prescott will officially sit this one out for the Cowboys. Cooper Rush will make his first NFL start, having not thrown an NFL pass since 2017, with Will Grier as his backup. I have a feeling that the Cowboys are going to try to run a lot tonight.

Minnesota Vikings

• G Wyatt Davis
• DE Patrick Jones II (knee)
• QB Kellen Mond
• DT Michael Pierce (elbow)
• LB Chazz Surratt
• WR Dede Westbrook (ankle)

Pierce and Jones both out, as expected. Westbrook is also a scratch with his ankle issue after being listed as “questionable.” No word on who will be returning punts for the Vikings as a result of his absence.
